The NVQ Assessment Centre provides Vocational training and
qualifications focusing mainly on Health Care Support Workers
(HCSW).
Management & leadership development is to ensure
that the Trust has the management capability & capacity to
deliver the health service agenda.
IM&T provides training in a wide range of modules of the
Integrated Health Care System (IHCS) and Microsoft Office
applications.
Clinical skills training & development provides information,
advice & training relating to all aspects of clinical
skills.
The Staff Development Department is able to arrange
programmes of Lifelong Learning for staff to improve adult basic
skills.
Developing the existing workforce. We work closely with
education providers to provide continuing education programmes,
designed to support people in practice.
