Our HITU Rehabilitation Support Worker works across all disciplines with various members of the HITU team to aid in carrying out inventions and to help clients work towards their personal rehabilitation goals.
The Rehabilitation Support Worker will often carry activities in the community or in a person’s own home in order to promote independence and help develop abilities in functional tasks.
These activities can include:
- domestic tasks
- community activities
- home exercise programmes
All as recommended by the HITU Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist or Speech and Language Therapist.
