The plaster room is open Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5pm and at weekends and Bank Holidays 9am to 2pm. Closed Christmas Day. - Patients from Clinic, the wards and the Emergency Department are seen by the plaster room staff if required for cast immobilisation or splinting.
- Patients returning with problems with their cast may need to be reviewed in the plaster room and the on call doctor will be contacted.
- The plaster room team are also available to offer advice to other clinical staff and patients.
