Development and Evaluation of Interventions in People with Subjective Cognitive Decline

Subjective Memory Decline refers to a subjectively experienced decline in memory and thinking abilities. Despite the fact that it constitutes a common and possibly distressing symptom, little is known about possible interventions and their effectiveness.

The aim of this study is to explore whether mindfulness or lifestyle factors courses can have an effect on people who are worried about their memory and thinking.
