Dr Rebecca Smith, Deputy Director of Research & Innovation. “We are delighted to have been awarded a Bronze accreditation which is a fantastic achievement for the whole team. Our One Team One Vision ethos has enabled a team of over 120 research nurses, allied health professionals, pharmacists and research support staff to be focused on our goal of improving patient’s health by giving them the opportunity to take part in healthcare research.
We are humbled by the feedback we received from our assessor “Congratulations to everyone in Research and Innovation for achieving such a positive outcome and demonstrating compliance with the Investors in People requirements. It was a pleasure to hear so many positive comments regarding peoples’ experience of working for the Department over the last year and just how the R&I infrastructure is developing to support research teams and drive forward the delivery of research across the Trust”.
We have been awarded Bronze and as with all high performing teams we now have our eye on the Gold Award!”
