Reference range: No reference ranges quoted for random urine samples due to variability. Results should be interpreted in context with serum results, paired urine and serum osmolalities, current medications and fluid status. Note new reference ranges from 14/11/22: 24 hour samples: Urine Urea 250-570 mmol/24hr.
