Whole Genome Sequencing (WGS) tests through the SWGLH

The GLH network has now launched WGS test for indications that are listed in the National Genomic Test Directory (NGTD):

• Eligible rare diseases
• Solid and Haematological cancers in young people
• Exhausted standard of care testing or treatment
• Acute leukaemia
• Sarcoma
• CNS tumours

*Of note Young people include paediatric, teenagers and young adults up to the age of 25
