North Bristol NHS Trust is looking for a new Non-Executive Director and two Associate Non-Executive Directors to join our Trust Board.
As a Non-Executive Director or Associate Non-Executive Director, you bring an independent, external perspective to our Trust Board. You will work alongside other non-executive and executive board members in helping to deliver our strategy and improve the services we deliver. You will be passionate about championing our vision and values and act as an ambassador and advocate for the Trust.
We’re looking to appoint individuals who will help us better reflect the diverse experience of our staff, patients and communities. We particularly welcome applications from women, people from the local black and minority ethnic communities, and disabled people who we know are under-represented in chair and non-executive roles.
The successful candidates will be joining NBT at a pivotal moment. Following the most recent wave of COVID-19, they will be adding their voices to a Board that will guide and support the organisation through its Renew and Recover programme.
