'Hidden Heroes' is our way of shining a light on teams across the trust who are doing incredible things but have perhaps gone under the radar due to working away in the background to keep things running.
Our latest Hidden Heroes highlights our amazing Fresh Arts programme.
The programme helps to enhance our hospitals, providing a beautiful and stimulating environment, which has been shown to help patients get well sooner, as well as giving our staff a more enjoyable place to work.
The programme also engages both patients and staff in thinking holistically about their health and wellbeing, providing them with a multitude of creative outlets to express themselves.
