Provider Licence

2018/19 is the second year that NHS Trusts have been required to self-certify against the NHS provider licence and are specifically required to publish the declaration for general condition 6.

The Board considered the evidence to support compliance against this condition at its meeting held on 31 May 2018 and confirmed that it was compliant. More detail on the process and evidence considered can be found in the Board papers for the May 2018 meeting.
