- ERCP (endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography)
- Therapeutic endoscopy
- Liver biopsy
- Fibroscan
- Breath testing for small bowel bacterial overgrowth, lactose and fructose intolerance
- High resolution oesophageal manometry and 24 hour pH testing
- Anorectal manometry and biofeedback
- SeHCAT scan
