Support for Living With & Beyond Cancer

The Living Well programme is part of routine follow up care and assists people. 

A holistic needs assessment will be undertaken at different stages in the cancer patients pathway.

A Treatment Summary is a document produced by the doctor or Specialist Nurse at the end of initial treatment for cancer.

All cancer services now run “Living Well” events for patients affected by cancer.
